1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Registration and billing information must be accurate and kept current.

2 Tap Connect services

Tap Connect may provide NFC and QR business cards, digital profiles, lead capture, follow-up workflows, team administration, analytics, integrations and support. Features depend on the selected plan and may be improved or modified. We will give reasonable notice where a material change significantly reduces a paid subscription.

3 Accounts and security

  • Keep login information confidential and use appropriate security measures.
  • Take responsibility for activity performed through your account and authorised team members.
  • Notify us promptly about suspected unauthorised access or misuse.

4 Digital profiles and public information

Information published on a digital profile may be available to anyone with the link, NFC card or QR code. You decide what to publish and must keep it accurate. Do not publish confidential, sensitive or third-party information without a lawful basis and the necessary permissions.

5 Contact and lead data

You are responsible for collecting and using contact data lawfully, providing required privacy information, respecting objections and opt-outs, and ensuring a valid basis for follow-up and direct marketing. For organisation data, the customer will generally be controller and Tap Connect processor; Tap Connect is an independent controller for account administration, billing, security, analytics, support and its own lawful communications.

6 Acceptable use

  • Do not break the law, infringe rights, collect data unlawfully, send spam or upload harmful code.
  • Do not interfere with security, seek unauthorised access, misrepresent identity or publish unlawful or misleading content.
  • Do not reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the service except where permitted by law or agreed in writing.

7 Customer content

You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it only as necessary to provide, secure and improve the service. You confirm that you have the required rights and remain responsible for its legality and accuracy.

8 Plans prices and payment

Fees, features and billing periods are shown at checkout, on the Pricing page or in the order confirmation. Subscriptions are charged in advance and renew for the same billing period until cancelled. Taxes and delivery charges are shown before purchase. Failed or overdue payments may result in suspended access.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Paid fees are not refundable for unused time except where required by law or expressly agreed. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice.

9 Cards delivery and custom products

Production and delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed. You must check artwork, names and contact details before approval. Customer-approved errors are the customer’s responsibility. Personalised goods may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where the law permits. Statutory rights for defective, damaged or incorrect goods remain unaffected.

10 Consumer cancellation rights

Where mandatory consumer law applies, EU and EEA consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from an online contract. The period generally begins on delivery for goods and when the contract is concluded for services. The right may not apply to clearly personalised cards. Immediate digital-service access may affect the withdrawal right where the legally required consent and acknowledgement have been provided.

11 Third party services

Payment providers, CRM systems, calendars, email tools and analytics platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for configuring integrations and using them lawfully.

12 Intellectual property

Tap Connect software, design, branding, trademarks, content and documentation are owned by or licensed to us. Your subscription gives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service. No ownership rights are transferred.

13 Availability and support

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security work, technical problems, third-party failures or circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions.

14 Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unpaid fees, security or legal risk, suspected fraud, unlawful activity or where continued service becomes unlawful or impracticable. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Export any information you need before an account closes.

15 Warranties and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill and otherwise on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee business results. For business customers, aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid or payable during the preceding 12 months. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

16 Business customer indemnity

Business customers agree to compensate us for reasonable losses, claims and costs arising from unlawful content, unlawful marketing, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to consumers.

17 Privacy

Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Processing performed for a business customer is governed by the applicable Data Processing Addendum.

18 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for changes to the service, law, security or operations and will give reasonable advance notice of material changes where required.

19 Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Consumers retain mandatory protection under the law of their country of residence. The parties should first try to resolve disputes through contact@tapconnect.dk before proceedings in the competent courts.

20 Contact

Tap Connect, Gammel Nybyvej 24, 5700 Svendborg, Denmark. Email: contact@tapconnect.dk. The legal company name and registration number must be confirmed before these Terms become effective.
